Morning all….
I have to say I have been blown away with the response and the amount of readers to my last blog about “Are mastermind groups worth the time and money?” – it is clearly a very hot and contentious topic at the moment. We had some fantastic responses ranging from those who have had bad experiences, to those about how mastermind groups should be run…
This topic is very close to my heart, as we at Nexus run a similar concept group called Sales Club, which is why I guess, people feel comfortable coming to me and talking about their experiences with other mastermind groups… now I wouldn’t be congruent with myself if I didn’t follow up the last blog with a “what makes mastermind groups brilliant” type of post… because there are some fabulous groups out on the market and it is unfortunate that they get “over looked” simply because of their unethical, uncaring, profit hungry compatriots..
So if you have been in a mastermind group, sales club or other organisation that has really “floated your boat” and allowed you as a business owner and entrepreneur to learn, get motoivated, ensure your success then we want to hear from you…

My experience with Mastermind groups has been a case of Yin & Yang. The first one I became involved with some years ago was a total con. All hype and no substance. Kinda like a cup of cappachino…looks great when it first arrives but after a while the froth disappears and what is left is a poor reflection of what was promised. Conversley my experience with TCI MasterMind has been like the difference which occurs when you slip your car into overdrive or press the boost button. You move ahead far more rapidly, more smoothly and reach exciting new distinations ( opportunities) much faster and with the absolute confidence of knowing you will enjoy abundant success.

For me, Sales Club has been brilliant because I feel So supported with people who are an amazing group of entrepreneurs – everyone has so much respect for each other’s businesses and ideas, and yet are not afraid to express themselves in a way that would really serve their team members. The key is finding the right fit for your needs. Sales Club has been the right fit for me. I like the small groups. It allows for more depth both in terms of relationship building as well delving deeper into each of our businesses ideas. Plus the calibre of people in the room is excellent.
I love Naomi’s style of teaching which includes implementation of concepts after each segment. This hands on, delving right into our own business has been a distinguishing factor. It’s one thing to have a concept taught but it’s a higher level to have it tailored to your specific business.
